You’re fabulous. You really are. You have so much courage and I know good things will come in this next blind jump. I learn by doing too…but have not necessarily busted out of my wheelhouse in these occasions as you seem to do regularly. Go get ‘em.
Wonderful to read about your journey! I think of "starting before I'm ready" as following my curiosity and intuition and - perhaps! definitely! - taking the long way round to where you're supposed to end up! I moved to the UK without a plan (definitely wasn't ready for it)! Went to uni here for my masters in arts management without much of a plan (never really was in any sort of creative stuff before). Landed on photography without a plan (with a bunch of jobs in-between, like working in IT marketing without any prior experience or relevant qualifications). Started teaching photography and business without a plan too (like I knew my stuff but teaching it and putting together a whole platform is a different kettle of fish entirely!). And now jumping into writing and more also without much of an idea of any qualifications. I think I get bored otherwise, I need to constantly push myself and learn new things otherwise I lose interest.
I am so incredibly proud of you and know whatever challenges lie ahead you'll overcome them😘
